Our parts department offers a wide range of parts, accessories, detergents and cleaning products and is manned by very knowledgeable staff with many years of experience in this field.

SPARES

In addition to supporting and co-ordinating parts for our own service team, we are also able to supply parts for the DIY service engineer, for example we have a selection of over 60 oven and grill elements available “off the shelf”.

 

Most other appliance parts are usually available with a “next working day” service.

 

Other common items such as washing machine hoses, fridge bulbs or oven bulbs are readily available from on-site warehouse stock.

Note:
Manufacturers often require any components be fitted by an Authorised Service Provider. Therefore, any non-faulty spare parts ordered/sold over the counter cannot be returned for refund or exchange. In addtion, we may in certain circumstances require a non-refundable deposit before ordering spares.
 

ACCESSORIES

 We carry stock of all common replacement items for most major brands, including bags, belts, filters and hoses. This includes a full range of accessories for brands such as Sebo, Dyson, Miele and Numatic (Henry).

 

 

 In addition to selling a large range of cordless vacuum solutions, we also carry a full range accessories and replacement parts for:

 

 

A wide range of specialist detergents (Miele etc.) are available along with cleaning agents for hobs, fridges, microwaves etc.

 

A product favoured by our engineers is our own DAC branded Washing Machine and Dishwasher De-scaler which is always readily available. We also have another own branded liquid descaler which is formulated more for use with kettles, irons, coffee machines and other similar small appliances. This product is also beneficial in that in can be used for descaling shower heads!

 

 

SMALL APPLIANCE WORKSHOP

Our small appliance engineer has a weekly workshop for repairs / servicing particularly of vacuum cleaners.  We try to keep disruption to a minimum and where possible will provide a loan cleaner whilst your own is with us awaiting repair. For more information, please see "Repairs & Servicing".
